PFS Studio’s role in River Green

Working with James KM Cheng Architects on this 458-unit, 6-building high-end multi-family housing project, PFS developed a sophisticated landscape palette that reflects the meeting of the budding community village with the site’s Fraser River context. Expansive semi-private courtyards of dramatic waterscapes and landscaped islands transition from the urban streetscape, through the interior auto court, back to the public dyke pathway. Public greenways threading through the project provide public connections within the community; a major public connection through the project to the dyke public pathway system includes a significant public art component.

Congratulations to Aspac and everyone involved in the project!
